Jim Usher, P.E. — General Manager
A licensed civil engineer in California and Nevada, Jim draws upon his experience as a design consultant and his agricultural engineering education to design irrigation, drainage, and crop storage systems to meet Bently Agrowdynamics needs.
Woody Worthington
Marvin 'Woody' Worthington — Operations Manager
Woody Worthington is the Operations Manager for Bently Agrowdynamics. Originally from Southern Oregon, Woody served 14+ years in the United States Marine Corps; being stationed in San Diego, CA; Okinawa, Japan; and Bridgeport, CA before he and his family moved to the Carson Valley area in 1995. His in depth training and education in operations management and logistics led him to Bently Agrowdynamics early in 2006. Drawing on his understanding of the trucking, mechanical, equipment, and related personnel needs of business procedures he is able to provide product delivery in a timely manner for Bently Agrowdynamics.
Matt McKinney — Cattle Operations and Compost Division Manager
Matt McKinney is a Graduate of California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. He has a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science and a Masters of Business Administration. Matt grew up on and worked on ranches throughout the Rocky Mountain States before going to college and after college worked on two large Purebred Angus operations in California. Matt takes care of the Bently Agrowdynamics cattle and also facilitates the leasing and care of the outside cattle that utilize some of Bently Agrowdynamics property.
Matt also takes care of the large commercial compost operation where Bently Agrowdynamics recycles large amounts of carbon and nitrogen sources and with other recyclables into healthy compost for its own farming operation.

Sarah Jo McKee
Sarah Jo McKee — Accountant
Sarah Jo McKee joined Bently Agrowdynamics in April, 2004. Originally born and raised on a small Iowa farm, she says it is good to return to her roots. For the past 25 years, Sarah has worked in the hospitality/casino as well as the local ski industry in Lake Tahoe.
